Our company, SPR design&build, was approached by a client seeking a Multiple Room Remodel for their home.The SPR team designed and executed sleek, contemporary and practical rooms that flow seamlessly from one space to the next.

Here are the Remodelled Rooms & Unique Design Features:

- Kitchen: featuring an open-concept design, illuminated wine rack, detail lighting throughout, a kitchen island with seating, white cabinets, walnut trim & accents, and a convenient pot filler.

- Dining Room: SPR extended the openness by integrating the kitchen and dining areas, employing matching white cabinets and walnut trim & accents.

- Bathrooms: all bathrooms utilize the same tile for a harmonious ambiance among all spaces, boasting amenities such as a full steam shower, spa-like atmosphere with a jetted tub, premium fixtures, and bidet toilets.

- Laundry Room/Back Landing: customized storage solutions, inclusion of an additional bathroom, new appliances, and continuity with white cabinets and walnut trim (matching the kitchen & dining room for consistency throughout the main floor).

- Living Room/Family Room/Office: enhanced with striking 2" hardwood floors, updated lighting, and a colour changing electric fireplace.

- Basement: revamped with a slated wood stair design, upgraded bathroom, and refreshed flooring & lighting.
