General Contracting and Project Management
SPR offers both interior/exterior design and construction services to our clients. We take on a project from start to finish, handling everything from the initial design concepts to the final construction. The benefit of working with us is that clients have a single point of contact throughout the project, which can streamline the process and reduce the risk of miscommunication.
Includes but not limited to managing permits and inspections, managing budgets, hiring subcontractors and labourers, managing project timelines and communication between all parties, material supply, recommendations and referrals.

SPR offers design services to aid our clients in producing a space they are sure to love. We have design experts and an architect on our team, bringing a plethora of experience to the table. This allows SPR design&build to provide exceptional and prompt design services to our clients.
Includes but not limited to design consultations, complete measurements, equipping clients with design advice & recommendations, complete architectural designs, site plans, elevation plans, section plans, rendered drawings & designs, engineer referrals, permit ready plans.

Custom Closet & Storage Designers
As a custom closet designer, we specialize in creating storage solutions for our clients' homes. We work with clients to design custom storage that meets their unique needs - taking into account factors such as the size and layout of the space, the client's storage requirements, and their aesthetic preferences. We often use 3D modelling software to create a virtual representation of the proposed design, allowing clients to see what the finished product will look like before construction begins.
